The circuit runs on contrast — an iced plunge set against a warmer, mineral-rich pool, so you move deliberately between the two rather than soaking in just one temperature. It's less a spa treatment than a short, repeatable practice: a morning ritual you can return to every day of your stay, ocean light overhead the whole time.
